If your client files are taking up too much valuable office space then pass them over to us for a quick conversion to PDF. We provide a nationwide collection of files and securely scan, then either destroy or re-pack. We are able to create bookmarks to break up your files into Tax, Correspondence and Calculations or whatever methodology you use.
If you don’t already have a document management system we can host your files on our own. Once set up on our ring-fenced FileDirector server, we provide you with logon information to access your files through any web browser.
Keep or Shred?
The British Standard for scanning, PD008, clearly states that original files can be shredded once they have been scanned. Should you ever have to present your scanned copy in court you will be compliant, as we will provide you with a certificate of destruction.
A very useful tool we offer is the ability to convert the scanned files we create into searchable PDF. This means if you want to find a certain word or phraes you could type “John James” into the search bar in Acrobat, for example, and you can then jump to any page containing the searched phrase.
We can guarantee a confidential service with all of your precious client information protected. We will sign a confidentiality agreement to protect you as well.

The first thing we will need to know is how many files you have – number of filing cabinets, archive boxes or linear metres of filing.
