A very useful tool we offer is the ability to convert the scanned files we create into searchable PDF. This means if you want to find a certain letter you could type “John James” into the search bar in Acrobat and you can then jump to any pages that have those words.

We offer free national collection of documents (subject to the order value being over £500). The first thing we will need to know is how many files you have – number of filing cabinets, archive boxes or linear metres of filing.
