Personal Injury

If your Persona Injury  files are taking up too much valuable office space then pass them over to us for a quick conversion to PDF. We provide a nationwide collection of files and securely scan and either destroy or re-pack. The Law Society states on it's web site that it is acceptable to scan archive files although the destruction must be documented. We can provide this for you with a certificate of destruction.

Keep or Shred ?

The British Standard for scanning- PD008 clearly states that original files can be shredded once they have been scanned and you can present your scanned copy in court - our understanding is that there are no test cases to date here though.

Searchable PDF

A very useful tool we offer is the ability to convert the scanned files we create into searchable PDF. This means if you want to find a certain letter you could type "John James" into the search bar in Acrobat and you can then jump to any pages that have those words.

We can guarantee a confidential service with all of your precious client information protected. We will sign a confidentiality agreement to protect you as well.

We offer free national collection of documents (subject to the order value being over £500). The first thing we will need to know is how many files you have - number of filing cabinets, archive boxes or linear metres of filing. Armed with this information we will be able to provide you with a complete project price.
