If you have miles of planning applications we can scan each app to one or several PDF files, scanning all of the plans as well. We will work to your brief and scan to exacting standards.

HR Files

All your HR files can be carefully digitized and provided in a format to suit. We offer a nationwide collection service free of charge.

Searchable PDF

A very useful tool we offer is the ability to convert the scanned files we create into searchable PDF. This means if you want to find a certain letter you could type "PA7186" into the search bar in Acrobat and you can then jump to any pages that have those words.

Confidentiality

We can guarantee a confidential service with all of your precious client and/or staff information protected. We will sign a confidentiality agreement if required.

Competitive Pricing

We have a policy at Click2Scan which states that we "simply will not be beaten on price alone" This translates into beating any like for like quote you have already obtained so please call us on 0845 873 8600 to tell us what needs to be scanned. We offer free national collection of documents (subject to the order value being over £500). The first thing we will need to know is how many files you have - number of filing cabinets, archive boxes or linear metres of filing. Once we know this we will be able to provide you with a complete project price. All scanning projects are managed entirely in-house using our own full time staff and we have never failed to deliver within the stated project time frame, a record we are particularly proud of.
