Our Pricing

There are a number of ways we can charge for a scanning project and we are keen to discuss with you what's best for you and your company.

For small scanning jobs, we can charge per page and typically this is between 3 and 5 pence based on volumes and the indexing required.

Once we understand the work required, and the parameters, we would recommend a price for the whole project. This can be broken down to a price per archive box or a price per filing cabinet. Get a Quote

Flexible Payments

We recognise that many business's would prefer to spread the cost of a project over the duration. For example, if we take on a 6 month project, we are prepared to take 6 equal payments each month. Obviously discounts are available for one off payments though. Get a Quote
